Athly Fitness ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.
Athly Fitness is designed as an offline-first, on-device application. We do not operate servers that collect, store, or process your personal fitness data. With the exception of third-party advertising services described in Section 5, your health and fitness information stays on your device.
When you use Athly Fitness, the following categories of information are created and stored exclusively on your device using standard device storage technologies (such as local storage and on-device databases):

The App displays advertisements served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain technical information, which can include:
This data collection is performed by Google, not by Athly Fitness directly, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Partner Policy. We do not provide AdMob or any advertising partner with your fitness logs, body metrics, workout history, or any other health-related data. Advertising data collection is entirely separate from the health data described in Section 2.1.
You may be able to limit ad personalization through your device's operating system settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
Because we do not collect or receive your personal fitness data, we do not use, analyze, sell, rent, or share it for any purpose, including marketing, analytics, or research.
Data collected by AdMob is used solely to serve and measure advertisements as described in Section 2.2.
All fitness and health-related data is stored locally on your device using standard, industry-recognized storage APIs. Because this data never leaves your device:

This deletion is permanent and irreversible. Because we maintain no remote backups or cloud copies of your fitness data, once deleted, this information cannot be recovered by you or by us.
Athly Fitness is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly design the App to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the information in Section 11 so we can address the matter.
Athly Fitness is available for use in multiple regions. Because your fitness data is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to us, it generally remains subject to the laws of the country in which your device is located, rather than being transferred internationally. Data collected by AdMob may be subject to Google's own international data handling practices, as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality, legal requirements, or our practices. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
The data handling practices described in this Policy are consistent with the Data Safety disclosures provided for this App on the Google Play Store listing.

By downloading, installing, or using Athly Fitness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Athly Fitness is an informational and self-tracking utility only. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By using Athly Fitness, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. You agree that you are using the App's guidance, routines, and recommendations at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for evaluating your own physical condition and limitations before engaging in any activity suggested or logged within the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Athly Fitness and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from the use or misuse of the App or reliance on information it provides. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you input into the App (such as body metrics and workout data) and for determining whether any workout, routine, or intensity level is appropriate for your personal health circumstances.
All content, design elements, branding, and functionality within Athly Fitness are the property of the App's developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except where third-party or open-source components are used under their own licenses.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App, and may revise these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
